Storage Process For Potatoes

Once you have harvested your crop, discard any rotten or damaged potatoes.

It is best to store your potatoes in paper bags or sacking. Ensure your potatoes are stored in a well ventilated area and in the dark to prevent greening.

Avoid storing in plastic bags or buckets.
